Building Great Commute Programs with Tenants

Apr 24, 2024 11:00 am
Join Commute Seattle on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024, from 11am-1pm to connect with fellow property managers and building transportation coordinators.

Managing a property or campus Transportation Management Program (TMP) is hard work, requiring coordination and collaboration among a variety of players. That said, the results can be worthwhile by leading to a better quality of life for not only those who use your building, but also for those who work in, live in, go to school in and visit Seattle.

To support Seattle’s building transportation coordinators and property managers, Commute Seattle and the Seattle Department of Transportation gathers some of our region’s experts every spring to share their experience with supporting transportation programs for entire building and campus populations.

On Wednesday, April 24th, building transportation coordinators and property managers will hear from experienced transportation coordinators who support TMPs at multiple properties in Seattle daily. They will share lessons – from best practices for engaging tenants to challenges they face. After a short panel presentation and Q&A, there will be optional breakout sessions facilitated by Commute Seattle to dive a little deeper into focused topics.

Join us and your peers! Lunch will be provided. Please note there will be an optional tour of Second and Seneca Building’s bike facilities from 11:00-11:30am. Further instructions will be available upon registration.

When: Wednesday, April 24th, 2024 11:00am-1:00pm

Where: Second and Seneca Building, 1191 2nd Ave, Seattle, WA 98101
